Rates for Reactive & Emergency Building Maintenance For Wales

Matrix Stone provides a comprehensive reactive and emergency building maintenance service for any building defect, electrical breakdown or general repairs.

Call out fee includes the first hour on site and travel time to your premises, any subsequent time is charged at 15 minute increments.

All works carried out and time taken on site is detailed by our engineer’s worksheet a copy of which is left on site a second copy is forwarded to you with a fully itemised invoice.
